No. Both Wish You Well VIP packages are ticketless upgrades. Concert admission is sold separately through your regular ticketing provider. You must hold a valid ticket to the show to use your VIP upgrade.
Each show offers a strict limit of 15 Wish You Well VIP Experience upgrades and 5 Wish You Well: City Edition upgrades (20 total). Inventory is shown live on this page and upgrades are not restocked once sold.
City Edition guests receive everything in the standard Wish You Well VIP package, plus a one-time, city-specific experience with members of Lansdowne, a dedicated VIP host, included activity and food/nonalcoholic drink costs where applicable, a small-group experience photograph, a numbered 1/5–5/5 collectible, and priority position during the standard VIP session.
The private performance and Q&A are full-band. City Edition local activities are hosted by members of the band; exact lineup participation can vary by city and date due to travel and schedule.
Arrival windows are venue- and city-specific and will be included in your confirmation email. City Edition guests should plan for additional time before doors for their local activity.
Each VIP guest may bring one personal item to be signed, or choose a signed VIP print instead. Due to time constraints in a room of 20, only one signed item per guest can be accommodated.
Venue-specific age policies apply and will be listed on your ticket and confirmation. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder. Contact VIP support before purchasing if you have questions about a specific show.
We work with each venue to accommodate accessibility needs. Please contact VIP support after purchase, or before if you have questions, so arrangements can be made ahead of your date.
Where a City Edition experience includes food or drink, reasonable dietary accommodations (vegetarian, vegan, allergies) can be requested. Contact VIP support at least 7 days before your show date.
Outdoor or off-site City Edition activities may be substituted with a comparable indoor or alternate activity if weather, safety, or operational issues require it. The standard Wish You Well VIP session is unaffected.
Digital photos are delivered by email after the show, typically within 2–4 weeks, to the address used at checkout.
VIP upgrades may be transferred to another person up until a published cutoff before the show date. Refunds are only available if a show is cancelled outright; date/venue changes follow standard rescheduling policy. Full terms are provided at checkout.
